Meet the expert
Penny Lewis has spent years travelling at home and abroad to cook for dignitaries, celebrities and even HM The Queen. She has now created her own, intimate cookery school in her 150-year-old cottage set in the beautiful Brecon Beacons, close to Abergavenny. Her serenity in the kitchen and fastidious organisation ensures the perfect environment for learning the pleasure of cooking.

It’s a full, action-packed day on all the courses starting promptly at 9am and finishing with a relaxing dinner at 7pm. Everything is provided for you. There’s continuous tips and advice along the way and a portfolio of the day’s recipes to take away. And if that’s not all, you’ll be well fed with the lunch, dinner and afternoon treat you have created during the day.
With only six as the maximum number on each course, you are guaranteed individual attention and full involvement.
