This 2 hour workshop provides practical demonstration of the effect of food on wine and vice versa. We will taste 8 wines of different styles. We will retaste them with different samples of food and discuss the consequences. There will be a virtual visit to a restaurant where you will choose the wine matching the menu. You will also prepare a dinner party and choose the wine for the prepared dishes--virtually, of course.
