Award-winning Indian chef, Cyrus Todiwala MBE, proprietor of the Café Spice Namasté Restaurant Group, has created the Individual Range of truly exotic chutneys, pickles and spiced oils. 

Winners in The Great Taste Awards 2005, the range are hand-made from his own restaurant kitchens using only the freshest, most carefully sourced ingredients.  Cyrus loves experimenting and is one of the only creators of meat pickles in the country, fusing his authentic Indian spices with meats from some of England’s finest farms.  There is something to appeal to every palate, from the spicy Wild Boar Vindaloo (Silver Great Taste Award 2005) to his Venison and Hot Prawn pickles. A special creation in the range is the Parsee Wedding Pickle – Gold Mark Winner in the National Great Taste Awards 2005.  Of the Parsee religion himself, Cyrus has drawn on his fascinating cultural heritage to bring you the delicious traditional accompaniment to any Parsee Wedding Feast.
