Avril's Country Kitchen produce a wide range of handmade preserves in small batches from home.

True Taste of Wales commended winner for Hot Chilli Sauce 2007/2008 and are registered producers with the Farmer‘s Markets in Wales.

Founders were  both born and bred in Monmouthshire and have been making preserves for friends and family for over 15 years. They always source local produce where possible and still enjoy hand picking from local hedgerows.

The range has over 50 products, depending on season, consisting of jams, jellies, chutnies, relishes, sauces and mustards - many of which are thier own recipies. Everything is genuinely hand made by traditional methods using only whole fresh ingredients with no artificial colours, flavourings, gelling or bulking agents.
